  2. Be yourself . Don't compare yourself to others.

  3. Stay healthy and active. When you’re healthy, you’re happy. When you’re unhealthy you’re miserable.

  4. Be kind to yourself.

  5. Don’t be excessive. Everything in moderation.

    Maria is an artist and the mother of two children. She’s one of those creative people that makes everything look good. Maria has the best laugh and the ability to uplift others and remain positive no matter what is going on in her life.
